Liability Release *

I, the client, hereby release and agree to hold Unfiltered Beauty (Attajaan Ramji) harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives, any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action for injury, illness, loss, or property damage that may be caused by any act or omission of the Service Provider, or that may otherwise arise in connection with services received from Unfiltered Beauty. I understand that this release discharges Unfiltered Beauty (Attajaan Ramji) from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or personal representatives may have with respect to bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property loss that may arise from or in connection with services provided. This release extends to any associates of the Service Provider.

Sanitization *

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are thoroughly sanitized between each client. Products used are professional and hypoallergenic. Any allergies, skin conditions, or illness that may impact application or pose a risk to the technician or their associates must be disclosed prior to the appointment. A patch test may be performed if needed. I release Unfiltered Beauty (Attajaan Ramji) and any associates from liability for any skin reactions, allergic responses, or illness resulting from makeup services or products used. I also release Unfiltered Beauty (Attajaan Ramji) and any associates from liability for any accidental damage to personal belongings during the service.

Media Consent *

I give permission for my artist to take photos and/or video before, during, and after my service. I allow these visuals to be used on Unfiltered Beauty’s website, social media, and for other marketing purposes. I understand that there is no financial compensation for this content.

Makeup Lesson Clients

I am over the age of 18 and therefore give consent for a one on one makeup lesson from Unfiltered Beauty

Consent Duration *

This agreement remains valid for this makeup service and all future makeup services provided by Unfiltered Beauty. I confirm I am over the age of 18 and have read and fully understood all parts of this agreement. I release my makeup artist from all liability associated with the service, which will be carried out with the highest level of hygiene, safety, and professional technique.

Rescheduling *

At Unfiltered Beauty, appointment times are thoughtfully reserved just for you. To reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. This allows me to offer your spot to another client and maintain a smooth booking experience for everyone. If you request to reschedule with less than 7 days’ notice, a rebooking fee will apply. If you request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of your original service. To secure a new time slot, you’ll be asked to pay the rebooking fee or full amount upfront, depending on the timing of the change. These policies apply regardless of the reason for rescheduling, including work conflicts, illness, transportation issues, or weather, as each appointment is carefully scheduled in advance. Thank you for valuing the time and care that goes into preparing for your service.

Late Arrival Policy *

At Unfiltered Beauty, each appointment is carefully reserved to ensure you receive the full attention and service you deserve If you arrive a few minutes late, a one-time grace period will be offered. If you are 10 minutes late to any future appointments, a $25 late fee will apply. If you arrive 15–20 minutes late and I am still able to accommodate you:
 • Your service time will be shortened to stay on schedule
 • A $75 extended time fee will automatically apply for appointments longer than 1 hour If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the full service cost. 
To rebook, you must pay the full cost of a new appointment. These charges apply regardless of the reason — including traffic, parking, or difficulty finding the studio — as appointment slots are booked exclusively for each client. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and the commitment I make to every client!
