Unfiltered beauty policies
At Unfiltered Beauty, appointments are carefully reserved to ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention. To maintain a smooth, professional experience for all clients, the following policies apply:
I) BOOKING & PAYMENT
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure any appointment and is applied to your service total.
A 12% BC tax applies to all services.
All payments are due at the start of your appointment.
If payment is not completed, the appointment will not proceed.
Packages must be paid in full before the first session.
(Please note: As of November 1st, Instalment plans are no longer available.)

E-Transfer (must be received before treatment begins)
Credit Card (a processing/service charge will apply)
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for clients. The card on file may be charged for:
Service payments
Late arrival fees
Rescheduling fees
No-show fees
Late Payment Policy
If a post-visit payment link is permitted (rare exception), payment must be received the same day by 6:00 PM.
After 6:00 PM: $25 late payment administrative fee is added
After 48 hours: additional $25 is added (total $50)
After 72 hours:
The client relationship will be discontinued
All future appointments will be cancelled
The client’s account will be permanently closed
No further bookings will be accepted
Unfiltered Beauty reserves the right to refuse future service to any client who fails to make timely payment or adhere to studio policies.
No exceptions.
II) RESCHEDULING POLICY
To reschedule, 7+ days’ notice is required to retain your original booking fee.
Changes requested with:
Less than 7 days’ notice → $50 rebooking fee
Less than 48 hours’ notice → 50% of the service total
To rebook, payment of the applicable fee or service cost may be required upfront.
These policies apply regardless of reason, including:
Work
Illness
Transportation or traffic
Weather
III) LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To respect the schedule and other clients:
First-time late: one-time grace may be offered
10–14 minutes late: $25 late fee
15–20 minutes late (if still accommodated):
Service time will be shortened
$75 extended-time fee for services over 1 hour
20+ minutes late: appointment is cancelled and 50% of the service is charged
(Package clients forfeit one session)
These fees apply regardless of reason, including traffic or parking delays.
IV) MISSED SESSIONS (PACKAGES)
To maintain results and scheduling:
Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited
Unused sessions expire at the end of the package term
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
V) ILLNESS
If you are sick, you may reschedule:
$30 illness rebooking fee applies
Please wait 10+ days after symptoms to return
VI) REFUND POLICY
All services, deposits, and packages are final sale. There are no refunds, no exchanges, no credits, and no transfers for any reason. Packages must be used within their allotted time period. Unused, missed, or forfeited sessions will not be refunded, credited, or extended.
No exceptions.
VII) TOUCH-UP POLICY (PMU)
If your Touch-up is included in a promo package, it must be booked 6–11 weeks after your initial appointment. Appointments outside this window will incur an additional fee.
VIII) PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your personal and payment information is handled securely.
Unfiltered Beauty is licensed, insured, and health-inspected, and maintains strict sanitation standards.
IX) REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Unfiltered Beauty reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including policy violations or behavior that compromises safety or professionalism. Any form of abuse will NOT be tolerated.
