I, the undersigned model/influencer, hereby grant Unfiltered Beauty and its representatives the full, unrestricted rights to use, publish, and reproduce any and all photographs, videos, written testimonials, or digital content captured of or provided by me for marketing, promotional, advertising, and educational purposes, including but not limited to: - Social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) - Website usage - Digital ads - Print materials - Email marketing

ii) Consent to use *

I understand that: - My image, likeness, name, voice, or testimonial may be used publicly. - These materials may be edited or altered for formatting or branding purposes. - I will not receive monetary compensation, royalties, or further approvals for the use of this content. - This release is granted voluntarily and without pressure or expectation of payment.

iii) Ownership & Rights *

All photos and content captured by or provided to Unfiltered Beauty become the exclusive property of the business and may be used at their sole discretion.

This agreement is perpetual and applies globally, with no expiration or geographic limitation on usage.

v) Revocation *

I understand this consent is irrevocable once signed. However, if I have significant privacy concerns, I may submit a written request, which Unfiltered Beauty may consider at its discretion.

vi) Confidentiality of Model *

This agreement does not permit the business to use or share any personal or private health details that are not visibly shown or explicitly approved. By signing below, I confirm I am 18 years of age or older and agree to all terms outlined above

vii) Confidentiality & Non Disclosure *

The undersigned ("Model") acknowledges that during the course of their collaboration with Unfiltered Beauty, they may gain access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to treatment methods, pricing structures, client information, business operations, and marketing strategies. The Model agrees to treat all such information as strictly confidential and not to disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose outside the scope of this collaboration, both during and after the termination of this agreement. The Model further agrees not to discuss or share any private or non-public details of Unfiltered Beauty’s services or operations on social media or with any third party. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement and remains binding indefinitely. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action
