  • * Decreases the time it takes you for your daily makeup routine & you wake up looking flawless

    * Clients with allergies to cosmetic products can opt for permanent makeup as a solution from reactions

    * Clients with no brow hair can opt for this treatment to give them fuller brows that look almost natural

    * Longevity; a little investment goes a long way. Those who are always on the go or a bit lazy (lol guilty) to do a full face daily, can opt for permanent makeup to reduce the need for makeup reapplication

  • Stay away from anything that could make your skin more sensitive such as retinoids, glycolic or alpha hydroxy acids, accutane and sun exposure.

  • Much like a tattoo appointment, your artist will first do a consult where we discuss your goals, design, measurements and go through your medical history and allergies. 

    Once we have run through this and you are 150% happy with the outline of your brows, we begin the procedure. Numbing will be offered after the first pass of the treatment. This is to ensure your outline is on point. I assure you that there is minimal discomfort but the results are amazing!

    You will initially have darker brows that will lessen in intensity over the first two weeks as your skin heals. The skin will heal over the treated area and then will peel off. The result will be a muted effect and a natural color tone. 

    At the end of your appointment we will go through aftercare instructions and a touch up maybe required 6-8 weeks after the initial session as every client heals differently. 

  • Since every client will heal differently and the skin is subjective per person however, in my professional opinion 9/10 clients do need an initial Touch Up.

    This initial Touch Up is done 6 - 8 weeks after the first treatment. At that time I will analyze how the skin received the pigment and will make any necessary corrections to color, shape, size and strokes.

    *it is upto the client to ensure to book a Touch Up appointment in the allocated time frame

  • Touch Up appointments are only for clients that got their initial appointments with me.

    If you are looking to get your brows Touched Up but your previous work was done by another artist, I am happy to do a 15 minute complimentary consult and have a look at what options are available to get your brows on point!

  • No. Since the hair follicle starts the growth from a much lower layer of the skin, the ink is implanted above this layer so it has no effect. If anything it could stimulate hair growth.

    While the products smells like a 90s perm, lamination does the opposit; it expands the hair and lengthens it, giving you fuller and thicker brows

  • Staining is the next level of a tint.

    Its a semi permanent coloring of the brow hairs, which elevates your overall look. Giving you fuller, bolder brows!

    At Unfiltered Beauty, I use the highest quality products that give you the best possible results & longevity. Using a Hybrid Stain allows the skin to be tinted as well as the brow hairs, giving a more uniform look to the brows

  • Semi permanent Brow Services such as Lamination & Stain are not suitable for the following people:

    • Anyone that is pregnant or breastfeeding

    • Anyone that is on Vit A, Hydrocortisone or Retinol. You must wait 3 days before and after the treatment to use these products again

    • Anyone with Psoriasis/Eczema or Alopecia

    • Anyone that has recent Permanent Makeup done (you must wait at least 6 weeks after your Touch Up appointment)

    • Anyone with sunburn around the brow area

    • Anyone with ultra sensitive skin or excessive allergies

    • Anyone with Botox or Fillers or and eye lift MUST wait 4 -6 weeks between treatments

    • Anyone that has Blepharistis, Trichotillomania or Cancer.
