Please read the following terms carefully before committing to your full body laser package. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistent client results.

1. Payment Commitment & Billing Schedule

• The full body laser package is $1499 plus tax for a total of $1678.86. You can pay the full amount initially or you can do so in 3 instalments of $559.62 during your first 3 visits.

• Your package pricing is locked in at the time of purchase. Future pricing changes will not affect your package.

• No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, early cancellations, or non-usage.

2. Session Usage Terms

• You have up to 9 months from your first scheduled session to complete all treatments.

• Each full body session is up to 75 minutes in length.

• Sessions cover a full body area per our studio protocol (i.e. face, arms, underarms, chest, abdomen, back, bikini/Brazilian (women only), and legs (men half legs only) depending on body size, hair density and treatment needs, we may prioritize key areas to ensure full, safe and effective coverage within the allotted time frame. Should you need more time to cover more areas, you will be charged for the time spent (ie: $75 per 30 minutes)

• One person per package. Sessions are non-transferable, non-shareable, and must be used by the original purchaser.

3. Package Exclusivity

• This package may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, referral credits, or gift cards.

• Promotional pricing is only valid at time of initial purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.

• Loyalty rewards, influencer collaborations, or flash sale offers do not apply toward or reduce this package total.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Attendance

• Appointments must be booked in advance to ensure availability.

• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being marked as used with no credit or makeup session provided.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reduce the number of areas treated or reschedule depending on studio flow.

5. Contraindications & Expectations

• You must complete a laser intake and disclose any health conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to your first session.

• You must avoid sun exposure, self-tanner, and waxing in treated areas at least 2 weeks before/after each session.

• Results may vary based on hair type, skin tone, hormonal factors, and consistency.

• The number of sessions required varies per client. Additional sessions beyond the package may be necessary for full clearance.

• Missed sessions or delays due to non-compliance may reduce effectiveness of the treatment and remain the client’s responsibility.
